ORDERING

1. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
   Our MOQ is 50 bottles per order for wedding/corporate events. There is no MOQ for individual item purchases.
   
   
2. What is the lead time?
   To ensure every detail is thoughtfully prepared, please allow approximately 2-3 months from order confirmation to completion.
   
   
3. Can I place a rush order?
   Rush orders may be accommodated depending on our production schedule and material availability. Please contact us before placing your order.
   
   
4. How do I place an order?
   Simply submit an enquiry through our website contact page or WhatsApp us with your event date, preferred package, quantity and any customisation requests.

SCENTS

1. How many scents can I choose from?
   We currently have 8 different curated signature scents for you to choose from.
   
   
2. Can I mix different scents within one order?
   Yes, each additional scent will incur a surcharge of SGD50 per scent.
   
   
3. Can I smell the scents before ordering?
   Tester sets are available for purchase here.
   
   
4. Are the scents suitable for both men and women?
   Yes, our scents are suitable for a variety of preferences.

CUSTOMISATION

1. Can I customise the label design?
   Yes, we offer personalised labels featuring names, dates, messages, logos, or event details.
   
   
2. Will I get to approve the design?
   Yes, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp to review and confirm your label before production begins.
   
   
3. Can you match my wedding invitation design?
   We will request for your wedding card once order received and will create a simple label inspired by your card, colour palette or event theme.
   
   
4. Can I include my company logo?
   Yes, corporate branding and logo customisation are available.

PACKAGING

1. What bottle sizes are available?
   Depending on the package selected, we offer 15ml, 30ml and 60ml room spray bottles. Our signature room sprays are also available in 200ml and 300ml bottles, perfect for bringing your favourite fragrance into your everyday spaces.
   
   
2. Do the sprays come individually packed?
   Each package includes an organza pouch for our sprays. For an extra special finishing touch, customised gift boxes can be added at SGD0.80 per bottle.

DELIVERY

1. Do you deliver within Singapore?
   Yes, we offer delivery within Singapore only. For bulk order, a flat fee of $30 applies. For other orders below $150, a flat fee of $10 applies. Please note that deliveries to Sentosa, Jurong Island, military camps, airports, ports and other restricted-access locations may incur additional delivery charges. Feel free to contact us for a quotation prior to placing your order.
   
   
2. Can I self-collect my order?
   Self-collection option is available in Tampines. Kindly stick to the agreed timing once confirmed.
   
   
3. When should I place my order for a wedding?
   We recommend placing your order at least 3 months before your wedding date to ensure a smooth production timeline.

PRODUCT CARE

1. How should I store the room sprays?
   Store in cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
   
   
2. How long do the room sprays last?
   When stored properly, room sprays typically maintain their quality for 12-24months.
